In addition their interfaces are more often than not confusing and unfamiliar. With Anydrive I am introducing a user-friendly, intuitive and most of all affordable cloud storage service.

Concept

Anydrive is a modern and responsive web application that works on virtually any device running a browser. It can also be added to the home screen of smartphones to act as a mobile app. Signing up for the service is free (up to five gigabytes!) and there are no restrictions to the types of files that can be uploaded. An integrated address book enables easy, internal file sharing with other accounts. The site refreshes itself automatically in the background and is therefore capable of synchronizing between devices in real time. Also included are (optional) email notifications, a preview feature (for photos, PDFs, texts, and source codes) and the ability to view metadata (for example file sizes or image resolutions).

Design

The web application offers a minimalist and intuitive user interface that integrates seamlessly with the native file browser. It is designed to work reliably with both touchscreen and desktop devices. Features, such as the folder structure, and gesture controls, like drag and drop, guarantee a fast workflow. The ease of use and uncompromising set of tools, for example the code viewer or the ability to show Exif data of photos, make Anydrive attractive for consumers and professional users alike.
